Services: Attorneys' and paralegal's at the Utah Disability Law Center can provide: legal advice information and referral information on disability law and your rights investigation and monitoring of abuse and neglect in residential facilities mediation and negotiation presentations representation in administrative hearings and legal proceedings self-advocacy support and training Issues must be directly related to the persons' disability. If not related to the disability, there is a referral service available.
