Utah Legal Services provides legal services to persons who cannot afford to retain an attorney on their own.

Utah Legal Services has guidelines regarding services they will cover. A few problems they may help address include:

- power of attorney
- durable power of attorney
- age discrimination
- consumer services

Financing:
Assistance is based on a sliding fee schedule dependent upon income.
For financial assistance under the Older American's Act the individual
requiring assistance must be 60 years of age or older.
