WORK INCENTIVES IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 1999 AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT THE UTAH ANTI-DISCRIMINATION ACT OF 1965 --> ARCHITECTURAL BARRIERS ACT FEDERAL FAIR HOUSING ACT UTAH FAIR HOUSING ACT REHABILITATION ACT AIR CARRIER ACCESS ACT CIVIL RIGHTS OF INSTITUTIONALIZED PERSONS ACT UTAH LEMON LAW --> Resources		THE UTAH ANTI- DISCRIMINATION ACT   The Utah Anti-discrimination Act of 1965, found at Utah Code Annotated, Title 34A Chapter 5, makes it unlawful for employers to refuse to: hire promote discharge demote terminate retaliate against discriminate in matters of compensation or in terms, privileges, and conditions of employment against any persons otherwise qualified, because of race, color, sex, pregnancy, age (40 and over), religion, national origin, or disability   Additionally, the Utah Anti-discrimination and Labor Division (UALD) is empowered to act as an agent of the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and has authority to enforce the Americans with Disabilities Act. UALD receives, investigates, mediates, and resolves charges of employment discrimination.
