If you decide to file a Utah housing discrimination
claim, you must file your charge within 180 days of the occurrence.

The Fair Housing Act may also be enforced through private lawsuits. You
must file within two years of the alleged discrimination through the court
system. You may pursue a court civil action and file with the Utah Fair
Housing office at the same time.
